Uko bitegurwa :
Niba wakoresheje chickpeas zumye, uziraze mu mazi ijoro ryose. Umunsi ukurikira, uziminine maze uzishyire mu kindi gisorori hamwe n’amazi ahagije kuri izo zose.
Utongereyemo umunyu maze ubireke bitogote mu guhe cy’iminota 30-45 kugeza igihe zihiriye. Nizimara gushya, uziminine nanone maze uzunyuguze n’amazi akonje.Niba wakoresheje chickpeas zo mudukopo, uziminine mu mazi ziba zirimo maze uzunyuguze mu mazi akonje.
