Ibanga : ibara ry’icyatsi y’iyi supu rigaragara neza nuyitakisha ikintu gifite akabara k’umutuku urugero : inyanya, poivron y’umutuku, radi, cyangw ibara ryarosa, nka saumon fume, cyangwa icyatsi kibisi ( ciboulette, aneth)

Uko bitegurwa
- Hata concombre, uzikate mo uduce mu burebure, ukuremo inzuzi. Hanyuma katamo uduce duto
- Hata avoka ukuremo ikibuto, uyikate hanyuma unyanyagizeho umutobe w’indimu
- Hata igitunguru na tungurusumu uzisekure
- Bishyire byose muri mixeur hamwe n’amazi, umutobe w’indimu, umufa w’inkoko cyangwa divayi y’umweru. Ni byiza gutangira ushyiramo nka 1/3 ugasya amasegonda 20 ukongera ugashyiramo ibisigaye. Murahita mubona imvange nk’iyigikoma gifashe.
- Bishyire mu gisorori kinini ubiyunguruye
- Ongeramo amavuta, agasenda, creme fraiche, na ya divayi. Vangisha fuwe. Wumve uko bimeze ushobora no kongeramo agasenda cyangwa umunyu.

Tegura iyo supu mu dusorori cyangwa uturahure, uyitake uko ubishaka, uyitegurane biscuits zirimo umunyu cyangwa concombre zikasemo uduce tureture
