• Oza poireau uyikate
• Oza chou fleur, uyikatemo uduce duto
• Mu isafuriya teka igitunguru na poreau mu mavuta ashyushye iminota mike k’umuriro muke upfundikire
• Shyiramo chou fleur amazi n’amata. Vanga neza hanyuma ushyiremo umunyu ureke bibire
• Gabanya umuriro bimare iminota 10-15 bibira
