Salade y’Ibirayi

Iyi salade yakorwa mu kilo cy’Ibirayi (1 kg). Hitamo ibirayi bigira umubiri ukomeye, bikomeza gukomera na nyuma yo gutekwa. Uko birushaho gukomera ni ko salade irushaho kuryoha- iri niryo banga ryambere ryo kuryoshya iyi salade.
Ronga ibirayi maze uvaneho amabara aba ariho n’ibice bigisa icyatsi. Si ngombwa kubihata.
Bitogose kugeza igihe bihiye neza. Nibimara gushya ubireke bihore gato maze ubihate, ubikatemo uduce tumeze nk’ibiziga cyangwa twimpande enye. Ubishyire mu gisorori kinini.
Mu gihe ibirayi bigishyushye, sukaho ikirahure kimwe cya divayi y’umweru (Vin blanc sec) iryo niryo banga rya kabiri. Ubitereke nk’iminota 30 kugirango iyo divayi yinjiremo neza binahore neza.
Wonjyeremo amavuta menshi amwe bita « huile d’olive vierge extra » , hamwe na vinaigre, tungurusumu cg igitunguru bitewe nuko ubishaka.
Ushobora nanone gushyiramo mutaride(moutarde) cyangwa pili-pili. Kongeramo ikiyiko kimwe cya mayoneze(mayonnaise) byatuma salade yawe yegerana kurushaho ; ushobora no kongeramo yaourt. Ntiwibagirwe gushyiramo umunyu n’agasenda.
Vanga neza wirinda kumanyagura ibirayi. Ubitereke igihe cy’ingana n’isaha mbere yo kugabura.
Ubyimurire mu kindi gisorori cyagenewe salade ubitacyishe amagi atogosheje cyangwa perisile(persil).
