Iyi sauce yamamaye mu butaliyano, ikorwa hifashishijwe inyama ziseye hamwe n’ itomati, itekanwa na tagliatelle cyangwa pappardelle ( ubwoko bwa macaroni zibyibushye) , ariko ntabwo ijya iteguranwa na spaghettis !

Iyo sauce ivana akamero kayo k’abataliyani ku birungo byiza bizwi : lard(ibinure biva ku ngurube), ibitunguru, ikaroti, celeri n’itomati. Bishobotse, wakoresha pancetta ( lard yo munda, yumutse ariko itokeje),
Inyanya zigomba kuba zihiye neza ariko zikomeye, uzibuze wakoresha inyanya zo mu ma conserve ziba zihase ziseye bavanyemo n’utubuto ariko kandi sauce tomate ntago yemewe.

Tungurusumu uduce 4
Inyama ziseye ( 300 gr) :
Amazi cyangwa vin rouge ( 200 ml)
Utuyiko duto 2 twa za tomato zo mu ma concerve
Inyanya(600 gr)
Umunyu , agasenda (poivre)
Ibirungo by’ibyatsi (romarin, thym, origan,..)ariko nturenze ubwoko bubiri icyarimwe.
Uko bitegurwa :
Koza no gukata, celeri, carotte, igitunguru, kusya (kurapa) lard
Shyushya amavuta, shyiramo lard kureka igashya ku muriro muke ntago igomba guhindura ibara cyangwa ngo ibe nk’ifiriti,
Shyiramo igitunguru ureke bifate ibara hanyuma mu kugaragura shyiramo karoti hanyuma celery, hanyuma tungurusumu. Bireke bishye ku muriro muke mu minota 5 kugeza bifashe ibara.
