- Ibiyiko 2 binini by’isupu by’inzoga ya liqueur (ibyiza nigukoresha iyitwa Amaretto di Saronno cyangwa iyitwa le Kahlúa cyangwa iyitwa Tia Maria) cyangwa se ugakoresha ubundi bwoko bw’inzoga zikomeye (nka Grappa, cognac cyangwa calvados).
- Itasi 1 y’ikawa itetse
- Garama 200 cyangwa 250 za Mascarpone (1 pot)
- Amagi 4 y’amanyarwanda, watandukanyije umuhondo n’umweru.
- Ibiyiko 4 by’isupu y’isukari y’umweru.
Uko bitegurwa :
Shyira biscuit(bisikwi) mu isahane maze usukeho ibitonyanga by’inzoga wahisemo. Maze usuke kuri buri biscya kawa wateguye( nk’ikiyiko gito kimwe kuri buri bisikwi). Bisikwi zigomba gutoha ariko ntizishwanyagurike.
- Gutandukanya amagi. Ugomba kwitonda ntihagire umuhondo namucye ujya mu gisorori wateganyije gushyiramo umweru.
- Mu gisorori kinini, ushyiremo Mascarpone hamwe n’imihondo y’amagi 4 hamwe n’isukari. Maze ubivange neza ukoresheje fuwe(fouet) kugeza aho bibaye nka creme.
- Ukubite imyeru y’amagi 4 na fuwe kuburyo bihinduka nk’igifuro cyangwa ikivuguto wanashyizemo akunyu gacye cyane (une pincée de sel).
- Vanga icyakabiri cy’umweru w’amagi umaze gukubita hamwe na ya creme ya Mascarpone.
- Nurangiza ufate wa mweru w’amagi usigaye ugende uwusuka kuri ya creme ya Mascarpone ariko wirinda kubivanga cyane.
- Mu gisorori cyiza cy’ikirahure, ugende ushyiramo kushe imwe ya creme, ikurikiwe na kushe ya bisikwi, ubundi indi kushe ya creme hejuru, indi kushe ya bisikwi maze bwanyuma ushyireho couche ya creme.
- Maze ubishyire muri frigo nk’amasaha 2 cyangwa 3(Igihe utarenza iri muri frigo ni amasaha 6)
