• Ushobora kandi gufata akayiko gato k’ikivuguto na k’ubuki ukabivanga ukabyisiga mu maso no ku ijosi mu gihe kiri hagati y’iminota 10 na 15,nyuma ukabyoga cyangwa ukabihanagura ukoresheje agatambaro k’amazi gatose,ukabikora rimwe ku munsi kugeza ucyeye. Ushobora kongeramo indimu na pociri bikamera nka gatsima koroshye kuko biri mu bwoko bwa mask ubisiga mu maso bigatuma uruhu rugira itoto kandi rucyeye.
Gukoresha orange( ironji) : Mu bikunze gukoreshwa mu kwita ku ruhu, harimo vitamine c kandi ituruka akenshi ku ironji. Ubusanzwe ironji rifite intungamubiri zibereyeho gucyesha uruhu no gusubiranya itoto yarwo,byaje kugaragara kenshi ukoresheje umutobe w’ironji byongera gusa neza ku ruhu.
Uko wakoresha ironji :
• Ushobora gukora mask ukoresheje utuyiko tubiri tw’umutobe w’ironji na gafu ya turmeric (epice wabona mu maduka ya bahinde) ukabisiga mu maso n’ijosi ugiye kuryama nijoro,wabishaka ukabisiga intoki cyangwa ibirenge,ukabyoga mu gitondo ubyutse ,wabikora rimwe ku munsi kugeza kuri ubonye uruhu rwawe rukeye uko ubyifuza.
• kwanika ibishishwa by’ironji bikuma neza,nyuma ukabisya bikaba agafu ;ugafata akayiko ka ko gafu ukakavanga na yaourt, bikaba agatsima koroshye,ukabyisiga mu gihe cy’iminota 15-20 nyuma ukabikaraba. Bikore rimwe cyangwa kabiri mu cyumweru bituma amabara agabanyuka.
Gukoresha ifu y’ingano( gram flour) : iyi fu ituma amavuta y’uruhu agabanuka kandi ikagarura itoto ry’uruhu.
• Uko ikoreshwa : Ufata agafu ukavange n’amazi cyangwa rosewater( aboneka mu masoko y’abahinde) bikaba agatsima koroshye,ukabyisiga mu maso, intoki, amaguru, ugategereza kugeza iyo mask yumutse ukabona gukaraba n’amazi yakazuyaze.
