 DORE UBURYO BUDASANZWE WATEKAMO IFI Ifi ni ikilibwa gifite intungamubiri umubiri wacu ukeneye cyane nk’amaremezo(protéines) , n’imyunyu (calcium, phosphore, potassium, magnésium) na vitamine(vitamines). Ibyo byose ni ngombwa kugira ngo umubiri wawe umererwe neza urusheho kunogera umukunzi.

UKO BIKORWA
Woza amafi, ukayumutsa neza, ugakuraho igihu cy’umukara ku ruhande rwo hejuru. Ukoresha icyuma kinini gisongoye ugakata ukurikije uko iteye mu burebure bwa buri kagufa(arête). Hanyuma ukurikizeho gukuramo ya mihore utayimanyuye, ukuramo uduhwa tw’impande n’uruhu rw’umweru rwa hasi. Ugafata iyo mihore ukayikoza mu magi wakubise wavanze n’amavuta, ugashyiraho shaperire(chapelure) nkeya. Hanyuma ukayiteka mu mavuta yahiye cyane, mu gihe ihinduye ibara, ukayarura muri plat cyangwa isahani, ukayireka ikumuka, uga shyiraho indimu na perisiri(kuri plat ku meza) n’isosi yera iyo uyifite.

Inyama y’ifi ibaze . Umunyu.
Amavuta . vinegere( Vinaigre)

UKO BIKORWA
Ubanza kugura filet nziza yoroshye ukayikuraho ibinure, hanyuma ukayisiga amavuta na vinegere (vinaigre) n’umunyu, ukayitunga ku gati uyotsaho. Ufata icyuma ukajya ukeba buhoro ku buryo idatandukana cyane ugatangira ukwotsa nk’uko botsa imishito(brochettes). Iyo ushatse imaze gushya, uyitanga uko yakabaye cyangwa ukayikatamo uduce.
