Imbuto na Dessert bikwiye kuribwa mbere y’amafunguro


Imbuto zifite umumaro ukomeye, kuko tuzibonamo by’umwihariko vitamini nk’inyunganiramubiri z’ibanze umubiri ukeneye.
Si vitamini gusa, hari n’amasukari n’imyunyu dukomora mu mbuto, ndetse n’imwe mu misemburo umubiri ukenera mu gufasha intungamubiri kutwubakira umubiri.

Mbere cyangwa nyuma y’amafunguro?
Imbuto rero nazo ibyiza ni ukuzifata mbere y’ibindi biryo. Abenshi bamenyereye kuzifata nyuma nka deseri. Nyamara nazo ntizitinda mu gifu kuko ziba zijya kugogorerwa mu mara mato. Zigomba rero kwinjira mu nda irimo ubusa, kugirango zigereyo amahoro! Iyo umuntu azifashe nyuma y’ibindi biryo, bizibuza guhita neza, ibyiza zari gutanga bikaba nkene cyangwa bikabura burundu zikakubera impfabusa.
Imbuto zifite ibishishwa byoroshye kandi bitagize icyo bitwaye nk’amapera, pome, n’izindi, umuntu ntakenera kuzihata kugirango azifungure, kuko no mu gishishwa habamo intungamubiri nyinshi.
Sibyiza gufatira rimwe imbuto zitari iz’amoko ajyana!
Imbuto kandi zigira akamaro kurushaho, iyo umuntu afatiye rimwe iz’amoko atandukanye ariko ajyana.
Hari amoko atatu y’ingenzi; iziryohera, (sucres), izikarishye buhoro (semi acides) n’izikarishye cyane (acides). Iziryohera ni nk’imineke, ipapayi, imizabibu yumye,… Izikarishye buhoro, ni nka pome, ibinyomoro, imyembe, imizabibu mibisi,…. Naho izikarishye cyane ni nk’amacunga, indimu, mandarini, inanasi, inkeri,…Iziryohera n’izikarishye buhoro, umuntu ashobora kuzifatira rimwe, izikarishye buhoro n’izikarishye cyane, na zo umuntu ashobora kuzifatira rimwe. Urabona ko iziryohera n’izikarishye cyane ntaho zihurira. Imineke yo by’umwihariko, umuntu ayifata yonyine nta kindi ayivanze nayo. Imbuto ni nziza ku bantu bose, ariko ku bana no ku bakuze bikaba akarusho.
