Menya intungamubiri ziba mu Inanasi

Urubuto rw’inanasi rukunze kuboneka ahantu hatari hacye, ku buryo nta soko wabona ritarimo inanasi mu gice cyahariwe ibiribwa. Uru rubuto rugira umutobe uryoshye cyane. Inanasi ikomoka ku mugabane wa Amerika (ni ukuvuga Amerika yo Hagati ndetse na Amerika y’ Amajyepfo).

Muri ibi byose ibyiganjemo cyane kurusha ibindi ni amazi carbohydrate, isukari viatamine A na C na beta carotene.

Inanasi kandi inafite “Bromelain” ifasha mu gushwanyaguza amaporoteyine yo mu biryo tuba twariye.
