 Ubuhinzi bwa karoti: Karoti zihingwa zite?

Karoti ni ubwoko bw’imboga bukungahaye kuri vitmini A, B, C na E zifitiye akamaro kanini umubiri w’umuntu mu kuwurinda ubuhumyi n’izindi ndwara, gutuma uruhu rusa neza n’ibindi. Karoti zihingwa mu turere twose tw’u Rwanda, mu butaka buseseka, buhitisha amazi kandi bufumbiye.
Karoti zihingwa zite?
Karoti zihingwa mu murima urambuye cyangwa se mu turima dufite m1,2 mu bugari, uburebure bwo buterwa n’uburebure bw’umurima cyangwa ubushake bw’umuhinzi.
Iyo umuhinzi amaze gutegura umurima, kuwufumbira no gutegura uturima ateramo karoti, akora imirimo ikurikira:

Imirimo ikorerwa karoti mu murima
Karoti zimera nyuma y’ibyumweru bibiri cyangwa bitatu zitewe. Iyo zameze bakuraho ibyatsi byari bitwikiriye umurima.
  • Iyo karoti zifite cm 5 z’uburebure umuhinzi arazicira, agasiga nka cm 2 hagati ya karoti n’indi,

Umusaruro

  • Karoti kandi zishobora kubikwa mu byuma bikonjesha (frigos/fridges) cyangwa ibyumba bikonje byabugenewe (cold rooms/chambres froides), zikaba zamara igihe kiri hagati y’ukwezi n’amezi atandatu.
